When you find yourself thinking that you won't enjoy something or you won't succeed in some project, reject the thoughts.
Focus on the positive.Try to enjoy your work.regardless of your job,look for the aspects that you find satisfying.Look for friends who view life positively,reject friends that complains all the time.Deal with situations that you can control accept those you cannot.Everyday write good things that happen to you.Smile ,dont worry be happy.
