About Me

I am a registered Certified Engineering Technologist with nearly 30 years experience in various aspects of Civil and Structural engineering design and drafting as well as Architectural design and drafting.

I joined the Coco Group of Companies of Windsor, Ontario (www.cocogroup.com), in 2004 as an Engineering Assistant and have since had a hand in all things pertaining to engineering, planning, land development, design and drafting, housing design, commercial/retail design, etc.

Most recently I have become more involved with our Coco Homes division in the capacity of real estate promotion, marketing, and sales. One focus for our Coco Homes division (www.cocohome.com) is our condominium townhomes located at Ambassador Estates and affiliated with the Ambassador Golf Club (www.ambassadorgolfclub.com). This development in particular is ideally suited to the Active Adult lifestyle offering a maintenance free luxury ranch style condominium townhome in Windsor's first gated community.

I have also been working with the Active Adult Retirement Initiative that is being hosted by the Greater Windsor Home Builders Association, the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Windsor-Essex Real Estate Board (www.retirehere.ca) which is aimed at promoting the Windsor/Essex region as a prime location for Zoomers to locate in. With our temperate climate and Ontario's most affordable real estate market we are attracting the 50 plus age group looking for easy access to an active lifestyle. With over 100 miles of shoreline winding through lakeside towns and fishing villages, award winning estate wineries, farmlands and conservation parks and connecting to the culturally diverse international border thru the City of Windsor, your choices for recreation, entertainment, and relaxation are as varied as our multi-cultural restaurants.

So even though I am somewhat in denial of being officially of age to be a true Zoomer I seem to find myself more involved in so many aspects of my professional life and making new friends to add to my personal life that I am no where near slowing down!
