I'm strictly a music fan I work during the day and I like background music so I don't have the time to listen fully to Goldhawk. I turn off @ 11:00 and listen to any other channel that doesn't have discussions and turn on again @1:00.
I do change to another channel as mentioned in my email (to 1150 in Hamilton) but that is mostly rock n'roll era music (which I do love) but the original programming on AM740 in the morning was so much better before the 'Happy Gang' were installed.…
I really am sorry that you are not happy with the way things are but, I see your still on. I always have many dvd's in my vehicle for when I am out of range of 740.
change the channel is a very good idea (as most of us already know that) however, finding another channel is a challenge. so, i'll be carrying many more of those dvd's and cassettes in my car !
