Hi Nicole:
I came here to ask another question and saw Wayne's comment below. I wholeheartedly second his request. The Give a Gift app is a real pain.
Now my question: I belong to another NING site where someone has been able to add themed backgrounds to the groups. I would love to be able to do this on my four groups. Do you know how this can be done?
Cheers, Annette

Hi Nicole-
Is there any way to get rid of the Give a Gift app on this site? It's just annoying.

I actually don't think that it is a good idea as it will obviously cause a lot of bad feelings. I respect each and every person's religion and their right to worship as they wish. However, this will probably not build any bridges. I have not "bought…

I don't like any of the other candidates, and what Rob did in the past should not have a bearing on what he is promising to do for Toronto. Granted, he is not as "quick-witted" as the others, and this shows during the debates. However, all the other…

The pot issue is a non starter, I just wish he'd been more up front about it. That being said, I would still vote for him as it is time for a change, I'd give him a chance.

I wonder how many other 'leaders' have done the same or even worse. I wonder how many others are or have done that or other 'illelegal' things! Mr. Ford is not in this election, nor has ever been on Council for the money. He doesn't even collect a s…

Yes it is very disrespectful. To even have the nerve to think about doing that is outrageous. It shows they have no regard whatsoever for the victim's and their families.

I do not live in Toronto but I think that the other candidates should perhaps focus on something other than Rob Ford. Perhaps if they had something to say, the press would not be spending their time on Rob - - positive or negative. It would appear t…
