Volunteer to take someone elses Kids along with your own, when you go to Scouts, or a Sports group, just to give the other Parents a bit of a break.

Sometimes just a smile will be the very thing that makes another person feels like smiling at someone they meet.

what a coincidence...I helped one of my neighbors with the snow as she has trouble moving around and we ended up talking most of the day..turns out we have a lot in common... imagine that...we been neighbors for 5 years and never talked to each other before....

With all the snow out there today, heres a chance to extend a bit of kindness if you have a neighbor who needs a hand clearing their sidewalk.

yes, in reality it does not take much to lift someones mood and make their day better, sometimes just a compliment can work wonders.

Here are some simple pay it forward things you can do.

1. Leave a note (type it so they won't know who) and tell a co-worker that you think they are doing a wonderful job and you just wanted to let them know.

2. Pay for someone elses cup of coffee.

3. Buy a big box of donut holes and bring them into the office for staff and co-workers.

What a great thought, Kat!

That story was more than just a movie. It was a very meaningful message.

Oh well, I'll just start in a very small way by being respectful to you and kj!

As the little photo from the movie shows,
One person takes the first step and does something for three people.
Those people each do something for three people and so on.
Can you imagine what the world would be like if everyone decided to do something nice for three other people?
